Okay, so you all know how I feel about Affiliate Marketing right? I love it and I'm an example of how you can generate passive income when you study the industry, pick a product and research the keywords for maximum results. And by all means, you have to have a target market.

Everybody knows that Adsense revenue is the talk of the Internet. More and more website owners are learning proven techniques of how to add small source code (takes about 5 minutes) to your website and then (if placed correctly - within the content of your website) the checks begin to roll in. 

But, here's the deal. Most people understand that adsense is great but a lot of those people have no clue what to do with it. Are you one of them? I sure was. Notice the word "was." 

I'm what you call a research junkie. I love to read and "sift and sort." I take the good stuff and discard the junk. There are tons of tons of informational products on the Internet and some people just get stuck or confused as to which is the best to purchase. Uh-huh, been there done that. 

That's why joining informational marketing and sales forums help you to understand and get a better flow of information of the "who's who" including their products and services in Internet Marketing. Now, does it mean that just because you see the name all over the place, that you should invest in their materials? Absolutely not. However, always position yourself to ask questions for additional information. Ask for product reviews and results. 

Okay, get to the point already!

The point is this. If you're wanting to know how to get Adsense to work for you and your visitors, don't buy every how to manual you see being marketed. I know you didn't ask my opinion, but I'm going to give it to you anyway <grin>, it's Joel Comm of "What Google Never Told you About Making Money with Adsense!" 

Okay, you got that? Yes, but what is Adsense?

¹AdSense is an advertising program run by Google. Web site owners can enroll in this program to enable text and image advertisements on their sites. These ads are administered by Google and generate revenue on a per-click basis. Google utilizes its search technology to serve ads based on website content, the user's geographical location, and other factors. Those wanting to advertise with Google's targeted ad system may sign up through AdWords.

Many sites use AdSense to monetize their content and some webmasters work hard to maximize their own AdSense income. They do this in three ways:

1. They use a wide range of traffic generating techniques including but not limited to online advertising. 

2. They build valuable content on their sites; content which attracts AdSense ads and which pay out the most when they get clicked. 

3. They use copy on their websites that encourage clicks on Ads. 

Note that Google prohibits people from using phrases like "Click on my AdSense ads" to increase click rates. Phrases accepted are "Sponsored Links" and "Advertisements". 

Now we're getting somewhere <grin>. Well you know the old saying, "knowledge is power?" Nah... it's the APPLICATION of knowledge that makes it's so powerful.

So, now you understand what Google and Adsense are. Now we'll talk about Joel Comm's ebook, "What Google Never Told you About Making Money with Adsense!" When Google announced Adsense, they gave a lot of the benefiting factors of why you would want to place their adsense code on your website. A lot of webmasters begin to talk about how they were seeing the benefits of by just adding this tiny code to their website they began receiving checks! Wow, cool! So, everyone brought into it and began adding the code to their websites. Then the questions started rolling in. "I'm not seeing the results everyone is talking about with this adsense, what could I possibly be doing so different?"

Apply Proven Principles

Joel has proven what it takes to be successful with the adsense code. Now, what you'll see from time to time are people who are taking his information compiled with their own experience and creating their own ebooks. I don't have a problem with creativity but not at the expense of someone else. Original creativity is more valuable to your potential and existing customers, and subscribers. 

Who is Joel Comm?

Joel has been part of the Internet world for over 20. He has a plethora of websites and makes good income with them. If you're into games, you probably know him by the game site, ClassicGames.com. Well, yahoo.com purchased that site from him in 1997 and changed the name to Yahoo! Games. Simply put, Joel is an Internet Entrepreneur. He was curious about Adsense and began adding the small code to his websites. In a short while he began to see $30 per day just by adding the code! I don't know about you, but an extra $600 give a take a few dollars per month, makes quite a bit of difference in my bank account. But Joel wanted more! So he began researching and testing different ways to raise the bar. Well that testing resulted in shooting up from $30 per day to $500 per day. Think he knows what he's doing? You bet he does!
